Jeff Zielinski
I’ve spent years in conversations with small business owners. I saw how hard they worked and how much they cared about the people they serve. Effort was never the problem.
The challenge was that most were trying to solve the surface problem. They were adjusting price, reworking offers, or changing their marketing. But the real friction was deeper. The positioning was not clear enough to support strong decisions.
JSZ Business Design exists to change that.
