Because it’s time to grow on purpose, not by trial and error.

Over the years of working with hundreds of small business owners, I saw the passion and commitment they poured into their work. I also saw how hard it was to succeed without clarity, direction, or the right systems in place. Whenever I could, I went above and beyond to give them a better fighting chance. That spirit of service is what shaped JSZ.

I created JSZ Business Design to help entrepreneurs grow on purpose instead of by trial and error. My mission is to guide business owners back to what matters most: the people they serve.
