Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using our website, downloading content, booking a call, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
1. Purpose of Content
JSZ Business Design provides educational and informational content to help small business owners make strategic decisions. Nothing we offer is legal, tax, financial, or therapeutic advice. Any implementation of our material is done at your own discretion and risk. No professional-client relationship is formed.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our content lawfully and respectfully. You may not:
• Copy, distribute, or exploit our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or services.
• Misuse any contact forms, download links, or booking systems.
3. Data Collection and Consent
By submitting a form, booking a call, or downloading content, you consent to the collection and use of your information under our Privacy Policy. This may include:
• Use of your name, email, and business details for communication.
• Tagging and segmentation for customized content and offers.
• Optional SMS messaging if you provide a phone number and opt in.
You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each message or by emailing [email protected]. Standard carrier rates may apply to SMS messages.
4. Communication Consent and Marketing Messages
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:
• Email newsletters, resources, confirmations, and reminders.
• Limited promotional messages.
Where applicable you may also receive SMS messages about booked calls, reminders, or occasional updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; HELP for help. We identify ourselves in each message and include an unsubscribe mechanism.
Any testimonials, case studies, or statistics we display are examples only and are not promises or guarantees of your results.
5. Digital Products, Services and Refunds
All JSZ Business Design content including guides, downloads, templates, and recorded materials is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
• All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.
• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.
• Any product-specific refund windows will be clearly stated at checkout and govern that purchase.
• Coaching or consulting sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice but are otherwise non-refundable once booked.
• If you enroll in any subscription or trial, recurring charges and cancellation instructions will be disclosed at checkout. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you implement strategies from JSZ Business Design content. By engaging with our services you agree to:
• Provide accurate information when filling out forms or booking calls.
• Respect the integrity and structure of our systems.
• Use our guidance as a tool, not as a substitute for professional advice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, videos, text, and design elements are the property of JSZ Business Design and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
8. Dispute Resolution and Indemnity
Before bringing a claim you agree to email us a written notice and allow 30 days to resolve it informally.
• U.S. users: except where prohibited, disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Rules; no class actions.
• Canadian users: venue remains the courts of Ontario unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
• Either party may pursue small-claims court.
You agree to indemnify and hold JSZ Business Design harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of our content or violation of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
JSZ Business Design is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our content or services. All tools are provided “as is” without warranties, guarantees, or representations of results.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved as described in the Dispute Resolution section.
